How this list was made
This list ranks them by wins, then by seasons led. A win means the season's winner was in their gang. Two seasons since 2013 had no gangs at all: Roadies X1 (2014) and Journey in South Africa (2022).
Rebirth (2026) adds Bani J, Abhishek Malhan and Baseer Ali to the gang leaders, alongside Prince Narula, Neha Dhupia and Nikhil Chinapa.
About this list
Every MTV Roadies Gang Leader, Ranked by Wins runs from 1 to 15. Neha Dhupia takes the top spot, and Varun Sood closes it out at number 15. It was first published on 5 October 2026.
