The story of Roadies: Journey in South Africa
Roadies: Journey in South Africa ran from 8 April 2022 to 10 July 2022 over 34 episodes. Actor Sonu Sood took over as host, and the whole season was played in South Africa. The prize was ₹10,00,000.
The big idea was the buddy pair. All 20 Roadies played in pairs, many of them returning from earlier seasons, so results came in twos: two winners, two runners-up and so on down the list. There were no gang leaders this season.
Ten pairs took part, and the lower places went pair by pair. Sohil Singh Jhuti and Sidharth Manoj took 5th place, Aarushi Dutta and Arshvir Singh Wahi 6th, Baseer Ali and Soundous Moufakir 7th, Arushi Chawla and Sakshi Sharma 8th, Kavya Khurana and Tanish Ghorpade 9th, and Sapna Malik and Angad Bawa 10th.
Higher up the order, Gaurav Alugh and Simmi Talsania were the semi-finalists, and Kevin Almasifar and Moose Jattana finished as the second runners-up. Yukti Arora and Jashwanth Bopanna were the runners-up, and Ashish Bhatia and Nandini G won together.
