The story of Splitsvilla 8

Splitsvilla 8 was set in Goa in 2015 under the theme What Women Love. Rannvijay Singha and Sunny Leone hosted the 22 episodes, which aired from 4 July to 28 November 2015, and 32 Splitsvillans took part.

Banishment was a feature of this season. Subuhi Joshi, a season 6 contestant, banished Prince Narula, Yash Pandit and Amaad Mintoo, and dumped Reshu Singh, Vanessa D'Souza, Prathamesh Maulingkar, Ravi Shukla, Abhishek Yennam, Nishant V Anand, Abhijeet Dutta and Shivam Babbar. Karishma Talwar banished Ishaan Chibber, and Prince banished Paras Chhabra.

Others did their share of dumping. Paras dumped Sana Sayyad, Mia Lakra and Vaidehi Srivastava, Utkarsh Gupta dumped Ashmita Singh, Sharika Raina and Veronika Rajput, Prince dumped Harshita Kashyap and Sana Sayyad, and Karishma dumped Priyanka Bora. Zaan Khan dumped Enakshi Sharma, Prathamesh dumped Alisha Sharma, and the wild card entrant Sophiya Singh was dumped by Yash Pandit.

Not everyone left through a dump. Gaurav Arora withdrew due to illness, Yash Pandit re-entered after being banished and then quit, and Viren Singh Rathore and Ish Thakkar were disqualified for violating the rules. Comebacks mattered too: Sana Sayyad re-entered twice, after being dumped by Paras and then by Prince.

Prince Narula, the Roadies X2 winner of the same year, won with Anuki Tchokhonelidze as the Ultimate King and Ultimate Queen, the ideal match of the season. Prince, banished by Subuhi, re-entered and won while Subuhi finished fourth. Prince later won Bigg Boss 9 as well. Utkarsh Gupta and Sana Sayyad were the runners-up, and Zaan Khan and Karishma Talwar took third place.
