The story of Bigg Boss Halla Bol

Bigg Boss Halla Bol was a four-week spin-off that ran for 28 days, from 4 January 2015 to 31 January 2015, over 27 episodes. It was shown on Colors TV from Lonavala and hosted by Farah Khan. Ten housemates took part, and the prize was ₹25 lakh. The housemates were five who had reached the end of Bigg Boss 8 and five challengers drawn from earlier seasons.

The five finalists were Gautam Gulati, a television actor known for Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajana and Diya Aur Baati Hum, Karishma Tanna, a model and actress, Pritam Singh, an RJ known for the show Bhabhi Ji, Dimpy Ganguly, a model and actress, and Ali Quli Mirza, a singer. The challengers were Sambhavna Seth, an actress and item girl, Rahul Mahajan, a political leader, Mahek Chahal, a film actress and model, Sana Khan, an actress, model and dancer, and Ajaz Khan, an actor.

Counting on from Bigg Boss 8, all five challengers entered on day 105, and the finalists stayed all the way to day 133. Sana Khan was evicted on day 119, Mahek Chahal on day 122, Rahul Mahajan on day 126 and Sambhavna Seth on day 129.

By day 133 only the five finalists were left. Gautam Gulati was named the winner and took the ₹25 lakh prize, with Karishma Tanna as first runner-up. Pritam Singh walked out and finished as second runner-up, Dimpy Ganguly was third runner-up and Ali Quli Mirza fourth runner-up.
