The story of Bigg Boss 7

Bigg Boss 7 started on 15 September 2013 on Colors TV with Salman Khan hosting from Lonavala. The tagline was Jannat Ka Wow Aur Jahannam Ka Aaw, and the house had a heaven side and a hell side. Twenty housemates took part for a ₹50 lakh prize, and the show ran for 105 days over 105 episodes until its finale on 28 December 2013.

Gauahar Khan, an actress, reality TV star and model who had also taken part in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3, was in the cast. So were Tanishaa Mukerji, an actress, Kamya Panjabi, Pratyusha Banerjee and Ratan Rajput from television, and Armaan Kohli, an actor who appeared in many films in the 1990s. Sangram Singh was a wrestler, Andy Kumar a VJ and reality television host, Elli Avram a Swedish Greek actress and Hazel Keech a British actress and model who works in India. Apurva Agnihotri and Shilpa Saklani were both in the cast, and they are married to each other.

Hazel Keech was the first evicted, on day 7, followed by Rajat Rawail on day 14, Anita Advani on day 21 and Ratan Rajput on day 28. This season was heavy on wild cards: Asif Azim entered on day 11, Vivek Mishra on day 32, Ajaz Khan on day 40, Candy Brar on day 42 and British actress and singer Sofia Hayat on day 45. Vivek Mishra was out by day 38, Asif Azim by day 42 and Candy Brar by day 56, while Shilpa Saklani left on day 35 and Apurva Agnihotri on day 49.

Day 44 stood out, because Gauahar Khan walked out and Kushal Tandon was ejected on the same day. Gauahar Khan was back on day 45, while Kushal Tandon re-entered on day 68 and was evicted on day 95. Pratyusha Banerjee was evicted on day 63, Elli Avram on day 70, Sofia Hayat on day 84 and Kamya Panjabi on day 91. Armaan Kohli was ejected on day 94, returned on day 95 and was evicted on day 98. Andy Kumar lasted until day 101.

Four housemates were left on day 104. Gauahar Khan won, Tanishaa Mukerji was first runner-up, Ajaz Khan, a wild card, second runner-up, and Sangram Singh third runner-up.
